   Mirek Weichsel graduated from the Alberta College of Art and Design (Calgary, AB). Since then, he has worked on a wide variety of projects, from commercial and editorial through agricultural to weddings and portraits.

    In addition, Mirek works as an instructor of photography at the Red River College of Applied Arts, Science and Technology, produces unique art photography, and shoots stock images. He is represented by two stock agencies: First Light Associated Photographers (www.firstlight.ca) and AGStockUSA (www.agstockusa.com).
